Sun Toyota is the "WE GOUGE EVERYONE DEALERSHIP". This is a direct quote from the management team. I purchased my car there in 2008 and have been a regular customer. Today I went to have an oil change and a tire rotation which I was told by a "manager" during my last visit the tire rotation would be free. The price I was quoted was over $50. I asked to speak to a manager and a gentleman came, Identified himself as a manager, when I asked him why the gouge he responded "WE GOUGE EVERYONE". I could not believe it. A wonderful person working there named Lance tried to make my experience positive by giving me coupons which made a big difference. I was told by another person my car would be ready by 5:15 PM. The general manager came to me with my keys 40 minutes later and said they will not work on my car because I was not happy. Lance did rectify the situation 40 minutes before but this out of touch manager was on a power trip and flexing muscle because I am a small female alone at a dealership. This manager had compete disregard for my time and for me as a long term customer. Please go to another dealership if you want to avoid the "WE GOUGE EVERYONE" mission and vision that Sun Toyota has adapted. Pity.
