Took my 2012 GLI in for a routine oil change and came home and notice a puddle of oil on my garage floor. They forgot to tighten the drain plug! Lucky I caught it and saved my engine. Customer service department stinks too. 23,000 miles on my car and timing chain jumped track and spent the week in the shop. Replaced 15 parts from this event.
