To write a review of anything is such a rarity for me to do, but in relation to my experience of spending a month at New Life Foundation I can not speak highly enough.

If you find yourself in a position in your life where you are struggling with emotional turmoil, anxiety, stress overload or addiction. New Life Foundation will give you the space and support to step back from your problems and start to see them clearly without being overwhelmed by them.

For myself I arrived having recently faced a very painful person issue with a feeling my thoughts weren't even my own anymore, but the peace and community here has allowed me the time to let these thoughts settle. To let me make difficult decisions that had to be made and feel I have had the environment to make them in.
