I recently used the services of "Industrialtests.com" for some equipment testing. The process was easy to set up, and the technicians were professional and knowledgeable. However, the communication could have been better. Also, the turnaround time for receiving the test results was a bit longer than expected. 🤔 Overall, my experience was average. The quality of the service was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer communication and efficiency.
