I recently had an experience with a drilling company and overall, I found their services to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lackluster, and it took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. The quality of the equipment and machinery used was satisfactory, but there were some minor delays in the project timeline. Overall, while the company was able to complete the job, I feel that there is room for improvement in their communication and service efficiency.
