DO NOT RECOMMEND: Terrible experience with this company. This is my first review written on any service or business, but I felt as though I had to because of the extreme waste of time and money.

I used Lexington to attempt to erase a 30-day missed payment. The company stated that I should receive a response in 30-60 days; when the 60-day deadline was met, I received no phone call, no message, just a notification that the same letter was re-sent.

When I called to cancel, all they offered was to spend MORE money on another service, when the nearly 400$ I have spent for ONE unfulfilled request was wasted.

Horrible service, horrible company, terrible investment.
