They messed up my payment, and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone about it. Every time I call, the robotic system automatically hangs up on me. I've reached out multiple times through their website, as they state to do instead of calling, and have never gotten a response. It's crazy to see what garbage I've been paying for all these years.
