YA is awful. Their maintenance crew tried to instal a vanity with BLACK MOLD still on the walls. They're smart... They nickel and dime every customer they have. They buy the crappiest furniture and expect it to last multiple years when it should have never been purchased in the first place. Randy is a of a different breed, doesn't help resolve anything and usually makes problems worse. Every year I assumed they would get better, but you know the saying when you assume... I am so thankful that in one month I will be out of YA for good.
