The manager is never there and he is the only one who can speak to charges on your account. I purchased a membership and had two separate charges on my account that no one could explain, I was told to email the manager both times. For a business not to have any procedure on looking up customer billing other than telling customer to email one guy who is never there is ludicrous! Not happy about my experience regarding their shady billing practices. For this reason alone I am canceling my account and climbing elsewhere.
