I went there because the person I have always gone to was busy and didn t have an opening until late April. I asked for an all over color and all I got was highlights. I called them and they offered to fix it for free, so I made another appointment with the same girl. When I showed up to my appointment, the hairstylist informed me she had to reschedule her car broke down, instead of calling me so I didn t go all the way there. Then when I did have my fix it appointment she informed me that if I were to have an all over color done they would have to charge me full price so she literally just put toner on my hair and it looks exactly the same way it did when I originally went in. Not happy with the service and not happy with the feeling of basically doing a shabby job because of my appointment being a fix it appointment and them not making any money from it.
