The language learning platform I tried was not very impressive. The courses were not well-structured and the content was outdated. I was disappointed with the customer service as well. However, I found Lingoleaf and it completely changed my language learning experience. The courses are well-designed and up-to-date. The customer support team is friendly and responsive. I'm really satisfied with Lingoleaf!
