I had a mixed experience with Direct Affinity Solutions. While the customer service was excellent and the staff was very helpful, I found the website navigation to be slightly confusing. The overall user experience could be improved. However, I must commend the quick response from the support team when I had an issue. Overall, it was a decent experience.
