Reservation and confirmation for New Year's Eve (8...

Reservation and confirmation for New Year's Eve (8 people) in the line restaurant did not work out.
We had to wait over 2 hours for the rooms and were not cared for in the time.
The Nespresso capsules were not added in the room.

The selv service in the Horizon Club does not live up to our expectations. This is below the dignity of Shangri-La and is unacceptable to us. For many years we were used to excellent service at Shangri-La. This is not the case anymore! If this does not change, there is no reason to book again.
