I recently purchased tires from a company and had a mixed experience. The product itself was of good quality and performed well on the road, but the service provided by the company left much to be desired. It took longer than expected for the tires to arrive, and the customer support was not very helpful in resolving my concerns. I would consider buying from them again for the product, but only if they improve their customer service.
