I had an overall average experience with Capps Jarrod B. The service was decent and the staff was friendly. However, there were some issues with the product I received. It took longer than expected to arrive, and when it did, it was not in the best condition. I had to contact customer service to get a replacement, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
