I had an appointment with the service department for a check engine light on my vehicle. I had it read locally and knew what the issue was generally and explained it VERY clearly over the phone when I made the appointment. I went to a previous dealership and they didn't have the ability or anyone to fix it. So, I wanted to make sure that they would be able to before I drove 2 1/2 hours down to get it done. I spent 5 minutes there for them to tell me what I already knew and explained on the phone. They wanted me to leave my vehicle there for a week because the guy that needed to look at it was at least 3 vehicles deep. I wasted my time and money going here. I wouldn't recommend anyone else do that. I was able to get it fixed the next day at another place.
