Recently listed our house with these folks and after it had been on the market 35 days I just had some basic questions for our agent on how we could improve market penetration. My agent became very defensive, refused to listen or hear my thoughts and basically turned us over to her Broker. The Broker wasn t much better,never apologized, offered any solutions and all but defended her agent. We pulled the listing and went somewhere else. The communication breakdown was the deal killer for us.
