As a CUSTOMER, I have been using Shout! communications for several months now and I must say their service is average. While they do provide the basic communication solutions, I find their customer support to be lacking. The response time is slow and it takes forever to get a resolution for any issue. Moreover, their pricing is quite high compared to similar companies in the market. Overall, I am not very satisfied with their services.
