My provider seems fine. This review is solely for the logistics of dealing with the office. I just got a call back from the front office, but they told me I couldn't cancel my apt through them, but I have to call back again and go through the system to leave another VM in the correct box....how do they NOT have the ability to contact my provider? If you can schedule me, why not cancel? Seems like bad customer service. These past two weeks I've played phone tag with 13 calls...just for one question about what a provider specializes in (why can't the office staff answer this?) and to schedule. I picked up the phone on the last ring, they hung up, I tried calling back, days later and through the weekend I finally hear back again. It's too stressful. I've beyond met my quota for calls. My GP and other offices don't have these issues. I haven't received Patient Portal info-- that takes another call I guess, but it says through the portal you "usually recieve a response in 24 hrs"...no better than calling. I personally think I should be able to email occasionally.
