As a young professional I made the decision to elect into multiple policy accounts with M W Financial. At first I thought this was the right decision for myself but I soon realized that following signing the paperwork I became invisible to them.

I attempted to reach out to my financial representative for months with no answers and throughout this pandemic I had to delay my payments. After attempting to call the company a boat load of times I was finally able to speak to an individual that rushed me off the phone and said I could go to quarterly payments.

Given this time I am still trying to reach out to someone to work out some options with my account and was given a different representative, who, in his case had no idea on what is going on.

All in all I invested a few thousands dollars that I will never see back again. Flat out if you are looking to invest your money don't get bamboozled with this company. Hands down one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.
