The hiring process with McCarthy Recruitment was quite slow and unorganized. I applied for a job through their website and it took weeks for me to hear back. The interview itself was average, but the lack of communication afterwards was frustrating. I had to constantly follow up to get any updates on my application. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and would not recommend McCarthy Recruitment.
