I recently used Then Auto Transport CORP to ship my car and I had a fairly average experience overall. The pickup process was smooth, but the delivery took longer than expected. The driver was professional and the vehicle arrived in good condition. However, I was not completely satisfied with the communication from the company throughout the process. In terms of price, they were competitive compared to other companies I looked into. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
