It was the last breakfast we had in Galway and I m glad that I chose McCambridge! The streaky bacon was absolutely savory- I would say it s the best bacon I had so far traveling in Ireland for 9 days. Also, the house tomato relish was gorgeous! Normally I have a partiality for toast, so I was a bit disappointed when I saw it s soda bread. But I was wrong. It was perfectly moist and firm, for me it tasted a little bit like a cake. Apart from the Full Irish, the Veggie breakfast my bf ordered was also delicious. The only part I don t like probably were the poached eggs and portobello mushroom. The mushroom was blend.
