Mitzi is very charming and very persistent. She contacted me almost daily as soon as I posted my house for rent in Midtown, Atlanta. She works for a company called Home Comfort Stay. She told me that they rent homes on an extended per-night basis to film-industry workers. She said that her company greatly increases the monthly rent that a homeowner is currently receiving. She was very proactive and very persuasive. She provided what she designated as a "very conservative projection" of what I would be earning with her company. It was 70% more than I was currently charging as rent. Keep in mind that this was a "very conservative projection." Mitzi seemed very professional and the offer was very attractive so I signed on with Mitzi.

The honeymoon was over immediately after signing. Mitzi would no longer respond to calls or emails. I had questions and concerns and made inquiries when I received bills that were the Company's responsibility. Mitzi wouldn't respond. When I contacted her to ask about the state of my house and why it was not being rented, Mitzi wouldn't respond. She wouldn't provide me the monthly financial reports. The only phone call that I've received from her since signing the contract was to ask if I would be interested in selling my house. Apparently, that was her only interest. When I told her that I was not interested in selling, that was the end of all correspondence from her, no matter how many attempts I made. She is 100% nonresponsive.

I'd repeatedly reached out to Mitzi to request information, an explanation and inquire about my home, but she refused to respond. It's not about the rents or lack thereof but the fact that Mitzi disappeared the moment that the contract was signed.

Only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Mitzi, she sent me a message stating she was no longer with the company and hadn't been for months and that I should contact the owner. She didn't even inform me when she left the company. She just continued to ignore me. I contacted the company and found out that they had changed software and website providers many months prior and that Mitzi never forwarded me the information so that I could track the status of my house and the reservations and financial information.

In essence, Mitzi is utterly disrespectful, irresponsible and unprofessional.
