Gingrich came highly recommended. We met with the owner. He went over our yard in detail. We talked about what was important to us (no Round-Up). He said he recommended using it for the walkways and driveways but he would keep it out of our dirt and planting areas. We explained we'd spent the last 6 years landscaping our 1/2 acre yard by hand and very carefully put in native plants and used natural plant care (no chemicals) so we could maintain healthy soil because we grow vegetables. Gingrich said they'd use pre-emergent on the soil and no Round-Up. We agreed and signed up for the monthly service. This was 9 months ago. I called two weeks ago because we have an overgrowth of weeds--exactly what Gingrich promised they would avoid. They said that the pre-emergent didn't work because rains came late this year, but they'd take care of it.

I went outside last week to find 2 techs from Gingrich spraying Round-Up all throughout our yard--all through the planting beds and soil!!! I asked what they were spraying and they confirmed it was Round-Up. I called the office to find out what happened and they said they have no record of us requesting no Round-Up. Unconscionable! My 6 years of meticulously promoting healthy soil was ruined due to bait and switch.
