I would rate Zamora & Hillman as an average company. They have provided satisfactory services, but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff was polite and professional, and they handled my case reasonably well. However, there were some delays in communication and it took longer than expected to get updates on my case. Overall, I had an average experience with them.
