I have been a customer of Hema Automation - India for the past few years and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their products is decent but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer support team is responsive but sometimes they can be a bit slow in resolving issues. Overall, my experience with Hema Automation - India has been satisfactory.
