Virtual holidays pvt ltd provided me with an average travel experience. The customer service was decent and the website lumaxtravel.com was easy to navigate. However, I felt like the prices were slightly higher compared to other travel agencies. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience but nothing extraordinary.
