I was beyond excited to find SNHU and the degree programs they offer. But like many others, I was a victim of their false advertising and heavily funded marketing schemes. For two months I've patiently waited for the online Admissions and Transfer Credit departments to figure out how to do their unbelievably simple jobs. I've spoken and emailed with several different folks and have twice asked to have my application escalated to a senior staff member. They have continually ignored those requests, they lie, they drop the ball, they change their story, they don't listen, they don't care. Worse than all of that, the young staff members are absolutely clueless to how this process even works and they are clearly without any supervision or leadership. Having previously attended and also worked at two different Universities in my lifetime, I can confidently tell you that the online Admissions and Transfer departments at SNHU have raised so many red flags, I'm considering filing a formal complaint against them with their accreditation boards. They have provided me with an extraordinary display of irresponsible and incompetent behavior. My heart is broken that I have wasted so much time and energy on this bottom-feeder diploma mill. My hope is that folks reading this won't be bamboozled by them like I was. And to the kid who copies and pastes "responses" to these reviews, save your energy. I'm off to look into options for reporting to the Board of Education and won't be back here for more gaslighting from SNHU.
