Our furnace hadn't been serviced in quite awhile. Ben took on the challenge, showed my where the problem was, made the repair and suggested 2 fixes where the old equipment was failing. We went ahead with the corrections and now will be able to sleep better at night knowing it is done right!
Ben answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, in a way that was understandable to a non-furnace person.
We will now go with the annual maintenance program to keep the equipment in tip top shape. Thanks to Ben and HB McClure.
