I have been using Virtualassistants.com for several months now and I must say, their service has been average at best. The virtual assistant assigned to me is usually prompt in completing tasks, but their quality of work is inconsistent. There are times when they deliver excellent results, but there are also instances where I have to spend extra time fixing mistakes. Overall, I think Virtualassistants.com is a decent platform, but they definitely have room for improvement.
