I recently dined at Rice Paper Scissors and it was an average experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly, but the food was just okay. I ordered the beef pho and while it was flavorful, it lacked depth and complexity. The portions were also on the smaller side. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but I also wouldn't rave about it. It was just average.
