- The visitors parking lot was full and there are no "public"
parking options. (-1 star)
- The reception was rather cold. Not UNfriendly but a smile could
not get rid of it. (-1 star)
- The AC was not working properly so it was extremely hot
- Despite the above point, during a conversation of 1.5 hours, I am none
water offered. (-1 star)
