I had a couple of negative experiences with Bdairy b.v., but overall I would say their service is average. The quality of their products could be improved, especially their milk. However, their customer support is responsive and tries their best to resolve any issues. I hope Bdairy b.v. takes the feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements.
