I purchased a cover for my sofa from this website. While the delivery was prompt, I found the quality of the cover to be average at best. It didn't fit perfectly and I noticed some loose stitching. The customer service team was polite and offered a replacement, but I decided to keep the cover since the return process seemed hassle-free. It's an okay product, but I expected better quality.
