We just finished the 2nd of 3 HVAC systems to be replaced at our office condominium by Central Cooling and Heating. As we have come to expect, flawless installation by Rich Lavoie, Michael Hillson and company. All work performed meticulously by professional team - every member competent, confident, working in an occupied office setting. Just seamless execution with piping and electrical runs from a first floor office to the third floor roof - exactly on schedule - a pleasure to watch a group of real professionals working together. Tremendous result - what more can you ask for? Central services both our residential and business properties - always happy to see their staff on site. Maintenance is scheduled and performed in the very same manner - it's very reassuring to be immediately recognized by all the staff and treated like a valued customer. A lot of companies talk about this level of service and fall short - Central delivers - they are "Best in Class" in our opinion. We would recommend them for any type of Heating/Cooling equipment installation and maintenance!
