Worst experience my husband and I ever had at a hotel! We drove from Bellingham to see Chris Stapleton VIP EXPERIENCE! Was my husbands birthday. We arrived at 2:00 pm afternoon check in @ 3:00pm afternoon! Check out is 12 noon prior guests! We were told our room wasn t ready guests were still there! Come back by 3:00 will be ready! Came back @ 2:50 guest were still in room but had left without there belongings! Long story short after an hr. Of waiting the maids took there belongings out . We were already late and missing our VIP EXPERIENCE so they had the maids working around us while we hurried to get ready and make the last bit of what we could which we completely missed and were too late!! For 330.00 dollars we could of stayed somewhere where the would of takin care of the matter and at the least MADE THINGS RIGHT! We missed out on a lot and the sad thing is is it ment the WORLD to us to attend this ! We made this reservation at least 2 months in advance!! So FYI DONT STAY HERE! They don t care! Thanks for NOTHING! And Pam your front desk lady she s rude and apparently cares nothing about the business!!
