The customer service at So/Vienna is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation. I would highly recommend So/Vienna to anyone visiting the area.
