We have lived in the same building for about 23 years.We were to get new carpet at that time.But needless to say we still have nt.We use to get something to renew our lease but thats a thing of the past.I am to embaressed to have people come to visit because of how my apartment looks.Its sad when you live in a place this long and they will not keep it up.We are to old to just get up and move I would like it if they would live up to their word.They use the excuse that we smoke but we did when we moved in.They have never painted in here except when they gave me an insentive to paint if we would sign a year lease.Now thats not going to happen either.Its Its been 3 and a half months since I told them the entry light was not working.Geez to my surprise it still is not.I pray to god I do not fall this year on the ice because at my age I will not get up.There is such a thing as shoveling and s
