I had an average experience with Asp reiseveranstaltungs gmbh. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall tour was not as exciting as I expected. The tour guide could have been more engaging and knowledgeable. The itinerary was also quite packed, leaving us feeling rushed throughout the trip. However, the accommodations and transportation provided were decent. Overall, it was an okay experience.
