I recently used the services of a tech support company for my computer issues. The experience was satisfactory, and they were able to resolve my problem. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The representatives seemed a bit uninterested and lacked empathy. Despite that, my issue was fixed, so I would rate the service as average.
