I had a mixed experience with G. sachs eisenwaren. The quality of their products is average, but their customer service is great. They were responsive and helpful when I had an issue with one of the items I purchased. I appreciate their efforts to resolve the problem. However, I found their website to be a bit confusing and difficult to navigate. Overall, I would say they are an average company to do business with.
