Cantilever instruction + design provided me with an overall average experience. The initial consultation was good, and they understood my requirements. However, the execution didn't entirely meet my expectations. The final design lacked the Wow factor I was hoping for, and some minor details were overlooked. Although the customer service was decent, I felt that there could have been better communication throughout the project. Despite these shortcomings, the end result was still satisfactory.
