We visited Quito for our destination wedding. The hotel staff knew that we were staying on the weekend for our wedding, we are so disappointed that despite of being a J.W Marriott (top of the line) there were no gestures or compliments for the bride and groom.

At Bistro Latino, the bride did have a reservation for 8:30, although she had to wait to get a table. At the buffet the food wasn't refilled regularly or when needed, and some of the ingredients were not fully fresh.

We had only one request: clean the rooms at 5pm, when we came back there was still some sushi left overs and trash on the tables.

I wouldn't stay again in this hotel.
