I had a mediocre experience with Swapingo. The website was slow and unresponsive at times, which made it frustrating to navigate through. Additionally, the customer service was not up to par. I had a few questions regarding my order, and it took them several days to respond. Overall, I would say that Swapingo has room for improvement.
