I've had mixed experiences with Swiss CMT AG. While the customer service has been excellent and very attentive to my needs, I have had some issues with the quality of the products. There have been occasions where the items did not meet my expectations. However, overall, I would rate my experience as great, as the positives outweigh the negatives.
