Our vacation started 7/7-7/11/2020 in Phoenix 1 room 1085.
It was the worst experience at Meyer rentals I have ever had. The coffee table, ice maker, and the AC were broken on arrival. The AC was not working on day one. Over the course of our stay we had 12 visits from technicians
trying to figure out a water leak that was flooding units below. Everyday of our vacation I spent 1-2 hours with the maintenance technicians trying to figure out where the water came from. On the last two days of my vacation they locked the water off to the washer, no one from customer service ever contacted me. I called customer service asking for 2 days of linens because we couldn't use the washer and they sent two days worth of bed sheets. Customer service told me that water leaks happen, they never offered a reduced price in our booking for the inconveniences our family had experienced on our only beach vacation. No offer to relocate us for all the things we paid for and nothing worked. We didn't even get to go to the beach or pool the last day because we didn't have linens to bath with.
