I recently used Opti-Shine for the first time and overall, I think they did a decent job. The customer service was good and the staff was polite. However, I did notice a few missed spots on my car after they finished. It wasn't anything major, just a couple of small areas that they overlooked. Other than that, I was happy with the service.
