I had a mixed experience with Probuild. While the quality of their products was excellent, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and it was difficult to get assistance when I had questions. However, once I managed to get the help I needed, the products themselves were great. Overall, I would still recommend Probuild for their quality products, but be prepared for potential customer service issues.
