I recently interacted with an organization that provides similar services to the Catholic Diocese of Parramatta, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding, and I couldn't help but compare it to my previous experiences with the Diocese. While the services offered by the Diocese are acceptable, it was refreshing to see a higher standard elsewhere. I hope the Diocese takes note of these qualities and strives to improve their own services to match or exceed this level of excellence.
